The service from receptionist and concierge

The pillows are too soft, should add 2 more pillows in the room. Not enough bottles of drinking water, had to call housekeeping every night, there was once a very long turnaround time to get the water.

Luxurious place to call home for 9 days!

Everything was perfect! The pool every morning was great, the view amazing, the shower, the tub, the service! I stayed here nine days and just loved it! I walked all over city but I also took the subway and busses. Very convenient! And then the bedding and towels were all upscale!

Highly recommended and will stay here again when I visit again in the future.

Centrally located with airport bus just around the corner. Room is spacious, comfortable and distance view to the mountain because I asked for a quiet room.

Service was excellent.the room upgrade was a delight.

The cleaner of the room did not vacuum off the scattered peanuts on the carpet. The bathroom has a urine like smell.

Spacious and clean room.

One day, I'm not sure if it was the cleaning lady, who left the door opened. During cleaning, the staff should be in the room. If the cleaning staff forgot something, the room door should be locked again.

I had an enjoyable stay.

The service is good. The whole hotel is well maintained

No shopping mall in the neighbourhood but there are still a few good restaurants and coffee shops around it. The metro is not too far but still a bit of walk

the rate quote from booking.com with over us$ 100 different pay finally. its because the hotel use their own exchange rate convert the TWD to HK$ . it make the prices cost a big different................................

Old fashioned luxury hotel

Rooms are really spacious and super clean. All services were excellent during stay. This hotel is a bit dated but not used! It has the charm of the 1980s luxury but with 2019 quality. Would recommend it definitely

The rooms worked well with one external door leading to a...

The rooms worked well with one external door leading to a porch area with the two rooms leading off it. We could, therefore, keep the main front door locked but keep the kids room door open. The hotel failed to explain this well and only sent a diagram the day before we arrived.

Breakfast was vastly overpriced. We ordered breakfast in the room once and the portion sizes were tiny. There wasn't consistency with room service either. Sometimes things were present, sometimes not. Very overpriced for the portion sizes. The cheapest bottle of wine in the hotel was around 100 US dollars.
